Main Interface
After you create your character and enter the world of Dragon Oath, you will be able to explore the main interface of the game. This interface is designed to be very easy to use for new players and veterans alike: the upper left corner displays the player¡¯s HP, MP, and experience while the upper right corner is dedicated to navigation and events. The bottom menu bar is full of shortcuts to important things like your character menu, skills, pets, quest log, and inventory. Familiarizing yourself with this bar and the shortcuts will make your gaming experience much more efficient.
1.Player Status Window- Displays Hero Name, Hero Level, Current HP, Current MP, and Current Rage.
2.Target Window- Displays the Name, Level, Current HP, Current MP, and Current Rage of the Enemy or Ally.
3.Player Name- The name of every player and NPC in the game is displayed above their head, sometimes a status is listed above their head as well.
4.Radar Display- Shows NPC locations, shop names, current location, quest and quest reward locations, coordinates, and trade skill resource locations.
5.Hotkey Bar- This is where you can assign your abilities to keys F1 through F10 for quick and easy access. You can place trade, life, or transport skills, as well as class-based attack abilities. If necessary, you can also place items on the Hotkey Bar.
6.Function Buttons- (L to R) Character Info, Skills, Pet Info, Quest Log, Trade, Inventory, Friend List, Team Info, Guild Info, System Settings.

The character interface (ALT+C) in Dragon Oath gives you a quick rundown of your character stats and equipped items. Using the tabs at the bottom of the menu lets you access your pets, personal data, mounts, reputation, and etc. It would be beneficial if you familiarized yourself with the character interface and quest interface as these menus are the ones you will use most throughout the game. Also, most players forget that under the ¡°others¡± tab you can add new traveling bags and grid boxes to increase your overall inventory capacity. Make sure you upgrade whenever you can so you always have some free space for new items.
The item interface (ALT+A) in Dragon Oath is very easy to understand and accommodating to those who like to play for extended periods of time. Unlike other MMO titles where the item system is shared between all types of items, the item system in Dragon Oath is split up between common, material, and quest items. Having 3 separate bags makes it easier for the player to organize items. You can also access your peddling, locking and auto-sorting functions from this menu.
The pet interface (ALT+X) in Dragon Oath is similar to the character interface. It shows a layout of your pet¡¯s current stats and abilities, while also informing you of your pet¡¯s personality and eating habits. One of the most important stats to pay attention to is ¡°Joy,¡± because this directly affects your ability to summon your pet to fight for you. From the pet menu you are also able to cycle through all of your pets to check their statuses. There is also an option to rename your pets to your liking.
The quest interface (ALT+Q) in Dragon Oath is a very detailed breakdown of what¡¯s available for you to do based on your current level. The quests are broken up into 2 tabs labeled ¡°current¡± and ¡°available,¡± the difference being that your ¡°current¡± quests are the ones you¡¯ve already accepted and ¡°available¡± quests are ones that are still up for grabs. The quests themselves are also categorized by the area which they are located in so that you can complete them efficiently. In the quest text, if you see coordinates highlighted in blue, you can click on said coordinates to be automatically taken to your destination.
